Here at TN Events & Entertainment, we are a leading fast growing Events Planning, Branding, Marketing & Communication agency located in the Economic Capital City of Douala. We are hiring an experienced Business Development & Communications Manager to help us keep growing

Key Responsibilities

▪︎As a Business Development & Communications Manager you will work to propel our brand image through consistent messaging and strategy to help us keep growing

▪︎You will generate proposals, negotiate contract terms and conditions and communicate effectively with stakeholders

▪︎Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing and communications campaigns and monitor their success

▪︎Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success

▪︎Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further agency's goals

▪︎Oversee the creation of sales, marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the agency's brand, including white papers, website copy, and more

▪︎Represent the organisation at events and press conferences

▪︎Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national level

Qualifications

•3+ years prior experience working in a Business Development, Sales, Marketing or communications role and preferably in an Event Planning, Branding or Communication agency

•Proven success designing and executing Business Development, Marketing and Communications strategies and campaigns

•Up to date on Branding, Events Management, Marketing and Communications trends and able to stay ahead of the curve

•Must be able to think analytically and strategically

•Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines

•Superior written and verbal communications and negotiation skills

•To succeed in this role, professional proficiency in Both French & English Language is a must.

•Proficient in MS Office

•This role will require extensive incountry travelling, the right candidate is required have a valid driving licence

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications, however this requirement may be overlooked if a candidate has extensive experience in their field.

As an administrative & graphic design assistant, you will help the lead graphic designer complete all print and electronic media projects.

You will prepare marketing materials, create print layouts, give creative input, develop and design promotional tools.

The role requires basic graphic design experience as well as regular office administrative assistant experience or a closely related field.

We’re #Hiring an infographic designer to join our Branding team

About the Infographic Designer role:
▪︎Our Infographic Designers are the agency’s creative visualisers and graphic designers, working on the creation of infographics and data visualisation projects.

▪︎Our agency creates branding visual content and reports for partners and customers.
This position work on more than one design brief at a time.

A typical day’s activity for an Infographic Designer:
•Taking an infographic story document and mocking up sketches or wireframes for the infographic’s layout & visuals.

•Bringing those sketches or wireframes to life, using specific softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator and your own artistic skills to produce a finished infographic.

•Visualising data in innovative ways, teasing out the narrative that effectively tells the story and using Illustrator, PowerPoint and other software to communicate that story.

•Designing your own artistic and content creation workflow; looking for plug-ins, scripts, and software add-ons that can simplify and enhance the graphic design process.

•Brainstorming new ideas and concepts for clients.

•Presenting the creative designs to clients.

▪︎Essentially, anyone who works with TN Events & Entertainment has to have a similar hungry approach in a team of young, eager to impress, and looking forward to showing customers what we can do, transforming their symbols into an outstanding visual view that evokes customer perception in the marketplace

▪︎Staying curious, constantly vetting new technology for producing visual content, particularly in the areas of design, data visualisation, and motion design. By pushing the boundaries of software programs such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premier, Dreamweaver, you’ll work with us to create new ways to engage with media.

Experience Needed:
◇Experience in a similar position or a strong body of infographic work.

◇Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. These are the true skills needed to be successful in the Infographic Designer position.

◇Knowledge and understanding of other software in Adobe’s Creative Cloud is preferable, but not necessary: After Effects, Premier, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, & Lightroom.

◇Other desirable skills: Basic coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience publishing in WordPress.
Hand-drawn illustration skills are also welcome.

◇Able to work under pressure and multitasking in the presence of customers
